When will I receive my order?
For EU orders shipped from Germany, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you make your purchase. The shipping for orders above 100€ is free.
